01 Pricing
All prices for our Services are listed on our website in United States dollars (USD). The price shown for each reading reflects the personalized work involved in preparing it. We aim to keep our pricing transparent and consistent, and the price you see at the time of booking is the price that applies to your order.
02 Accepted payment methods
Payments are processed securely through a trusted third-party payment provider. Depending on availability, we accept major credit and debit cards and other digital payment options offered at checkout. We do not accept cash, and we do not store your full card details on our own systems.
03 When payment is taken
Payment is generally collected at the time you place your order, before work on your reading begins. For live consultations, payment secures your session at the time of booking. A reading is treated as confirmed once payment has been received and we have accepted the order.
04 Order confirmation and receipts
After a successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation containing the details of the service you purchased. A receipt is available for your records. If you do not receive a confirmation within a reasonable time, please contact us so we can check your order.
05 Monthly and recurring services
Where a service is offered on a monthly basis, such as our Monthly Astrology Forecast, the applicable fee may be charged for each period you are subscribed. If a recurring option applies to your order, the billing cycle and renewal terms will be made clear to you at the time of purchase. You may cancel a recurring service in line with our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
06 Taxes
Prices may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your location and the requirements of law. Where taxes apply, they will be calculated and shown at checkout or added to your total as required.
07 Currency
All transactions are processed in United States dollars. If you pay using a card issued in another currency, your bank or card provider may apply its own conversion rate and fees, which are outside our control.
08 Billing accuracy
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information and to promptly update it if it changes. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if a payment cannot be verified or appears fraudulent.
09 Failed or declined payments
If a payment fails or is declined, your order may be delayed or not confirmed until a successful payment is received. For recurring services, a failed renewal may result in the service being paused. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you so the matter can be resolved.
10 Price changes
We may adjust our prices from time to time. Any change applies only to orders placed after the new price takes effect and does not affect readings you have already purchased. For recurring services, we will give reasonable notice of any change before it applies to your next billing period.
11 Security
Payments are handled through a secure, encrypted connection managed by our payment provider. While we and our provider take strong measures to protect your information, no online payment method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
12 Questions about a charge
If you notice a charge you do not recognize or believe an error has been made, please contact us before disputing it with your bank. We will review the matter with you promptly and work in good faith to resolve it.
