01 Agreement to these terms

Welcome to Lunar Oracle. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "the client") and Lunar Oracle ("we," "us," or "our") and govern your access to and use of our website, readings, reports, consultations, and any related content or communications (together, the "Services").

By visiting our website, requesting a reading, purchasing a service, or otherwise interacting with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and by any policies referenced within them, including our Privacy Policy, our Astrology and Spiritual Guidance Disclaimer, our Payment and Billing Policy, and our Cancellation and Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Services.

02 Who we are and what we offer

Lunar Oracle is an online astrology practice. We prepare personalized birth chart readings, monthly astrology forecasts, relationship compatibility reports, lunar cycle guidance reports, career and life path readings, and live online consultations. All Services are delivered remotely through written digital reports, prepared readings, online sessions, and personalized astrology-based recommendations.

Our readings are created individually from the birth details and questions you provide. They are intended to support reflection, self-understanding, and thoughtful decision-making. They are not a form of professional advice and they do not guarantee any particular outcome.

03 Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of legal majority in your place of residence, to purchase or use the Services. By using the Services you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide to us is accurate and truthful. We may decline or cancel a service where we reasonably believe this requirement is not met.

04 The nature of our Services

Astrology, as practiced by Lunar Oracle, is an interpretive and reflective discipline. A reading offers symbolic insight, perspective, and possible themes to consider; it is not a prediction of fixed events and it is not a substitute for the judgment of a qualified professional.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Our Services are provided for personal insight, reflection, and general guidance only.
• We do not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other regulated professional advice, and nothing in a reading should be treated as such.
• Decisions you make after a reading remain your own responsibility.
• Results, interpretations, and experiences are naturally subjective and will differ from person to person.

05 Booking, orders, and information you provide

When you request a reading, you may be asked to provide details such as your name, contact information, birth date, birth time, birth place, and the question or area you would like guidance on. The quality and accuracy of a reading depends on the accuracy of the information you supply.

You are solely responsible for the correctness of the details you submit. We are not responsible for interpretations affected by inaccurate, incomplete, or estimated birth information. If you are unsure of your exact birth time, please let us know so we can note the limitation in your reading.

A request becomes a confirmed order once we accept it and, where applicable, payment has been received. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a request appears fraudulent, abusive, or outside the scope of what we offer.

06 Pricing and payment

Prices for our Services are displayed on our website in United States dollars and may be updated from time to time. Payment terms, accepted methods, and billing details are described in our Payment and Billing Policy, which forms part of these Terms. You agree to pay all fees associated with the Services you request.

07 Delivery and turnaround

Written readings and reports are typically delivered within one to two business days of a confirmed order, unless a different timeframe is stated for a specific service or agreed with you directly. Live consultations are delivered at a scheduled time arranged between you and the practice. Delivery times are estimates offered in good faith and may occasionally be affected by demand or circumstances beyond our control; where a delay is expected, we will let you know.

08 Cancellations and refunds

Because our Services are personalized and largely digital, specific rules apply to cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds. These are set out in full in our Cancellation and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and which you should read before booking.

09 Client conduct and acceptable use

You agree to use the Services lawfully and respectfully. In particular, you agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or another person's information without their consent.
• Use the Services on behalf of a minor or request a reading intended to harm another person.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse anyone associated with the practice.
• Copy, resell, redistribute, or publish our readings or content without written permission.
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to our website or systems.

We may suspend or end your access to the Services if you breach these Terms.

10 Intellectual property

All content on our website and within our readings — including text, illustrations, graphics, layout, logos, and the way readings are written and presented — is owned by or licensed to Lunar Oracle and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. A reading you purchase is provided for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may keep and refer to it privately, but you may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or publicly share it without our written permission.

11 Third-party links and services

Our website or communications may reference third-party tools or services, such as a payment processor. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party, and your use of a third-party service is subject to that party's own terms.

12 Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any reading will produce a particular result. Any reliance you place on a reading is at your own discretion and risk.

13 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lunar Oracle and anyone associated with the practice will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, opportunities, or wellbeing, arising from or related to your use of the Services or any decision you make in connection with a reading. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

14 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lunar Oracle from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

15 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Services will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Colorado, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

16 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services or legal requirements. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. 17 Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will stay in full effect. These Terms, together with the policies referenced within them, make up the entire agreement between you and Lunar Oracle regarding the Services and replace any prior understanding on the subject.
